My son and I like to play Video games together. We are currently enjoying Paper Mario: Color Splash when I was very pleasantly surprised by a twist:
You play a level taken right from Super Mario Bros. 3 (yes, the NES one), but “Paper-Mario-Style”, including rotating views to discover hidden paths. (You’re going to use this in order to find the hidden Star)
Boy, Nintendo sure knows their History and how to use it in a Game!
- Looks familiar
- Mario can’t jump that high in Paper Mario
- Just switch the viewing angle
- Same Destiny for old Foes
- Take this, Hammer Bros.
- Fighting the Hammer Bros. Paper-Mario-Style
- Using a Super Attack against the Hammer Bros.
